 We offer 3 different shipping method: 

- Standard shipping delivery is free ( 3 to 5 Business days)

- Priori shipping delivery costs amount to $ 9.00 ( up to 3 Business days).

- Express shipping delivery for $ 19.00 ( 1 to 2 Business days)

 The delivery costs will be reimbursed in the event of cancellation of your order before it's sent to you or leaves our warehouse. 

 As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a tracking number to track the delivery.  If you already have your order tracking number, go to the site for real-time tracking. 

 This follow-up is done from our site on the home page in the track my Order. Copy the trucking number that was sent to you and then past in the reserved box or click here Track my order

 If your package is indicated as delivered and you have not yet received it, we advise you to consult your letter box. 

Please allow 24 to 48hours after making a payment to process orders. Once we process your order, we will ship out immediately. We always do our best to make an order to approximately take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. 

Due to COVID-19, our shipping carriers may experience delays  

For a change in size or color of an item, the payment method or the delivery address, you can change it after validation by clicking here : support@revotechpro.shop 

 We offer you different solutions to pay for your order.  All of these payment methods are secure and at no additional cost. 

 Bank card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. 

 Please indicate: 

 • The number of your bank card. 

 • The date of validity. 

 • The visual cryptogram which corresponds to the 3 or 4 digits located on the back of your card. 

 Your account is debited when you confirm your payment.  If you return your items, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your bank card. 

Do you want to make a return?  It's simple and free, the label attached to your package upon delivery is sufficient.  In case you no longer have, Register your return online at Contact us to get a new one. 

 Prepare the package 

 Return the item in original packaging (box, plastic packaging), then put it in a package (for example: RevoTechPro cardboard).  Then stick the return label (see the delivery note) on the package over the delivery label or you can request your return label at Contact us. 

 Good to know : You can return several orders in the same package.  You just have to stick a return label on the outside of your package and put the others inside the package. 

 Return the article 

 You just have to drop off your package at the post office.  Shipping costs are covered in advance by Revotechpro, so you have nothing to pay: it's simple and free! 

 Keep the receipt stamped by the post office or signed by the merchant. 

 You are reimbursed! 

 Have you paid for your order by card without using a voucher?  You will then be reimbursed within 4 working days after the delivery of your package. 

 If not, you are reimbursed within 7 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been made.
